Walt Disney World Team in Training Marathon

On January 12, 2003, Danielle Sprague, a junior at Stockdale High School, ran in the Walt Disney World Marathon for Team in Training, a fundraiser for the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society. Danielle's mom, Denise, was the team coach and also ran. Through Danielle's efforts, over $4,000 was raised, and the total event brought in $4 million!

Danielle said that "Danny was with me every step...I knew he was cheering me on..."
